What are Deliverables?

Deliverables are tangible end-results of the event which makes them standalone products, e.g.:
– homework
– blog article
– follow-up meeting
– social media post

Basic metric of success in Activero are finalized results of event commited as Deliverables.

Event Team cannot disband itself untill all Deliverables are provided hence, is obliged to continue its work until all Event Project obligations are fulfilled.

Deliverables define WHAT event brings as value.
