What are Infrastructures?
Infrastructures are a descriptive piece of information which point out the onsite/online details about the event such as:
– topic
– place
– time/date/day
– other
Infrastructures provide additional description for Event Framework hence, answer such questions like: WHAT, WHERE, WHEN and WHICH.
Managing Infrastructures
Topic-Token informs what is the subject of Event Box.
Place Topic-Token on top of each Event Box.
Place-Token informs where specific Event Box is conducted.
Place this Token on top of each Activerto Box on the right side of the Topic-Token.
Time-Token informs when each Event Box is conducted.
Place Time-Token under Place-Token.
You can add Date-Token which should be placed on on top of Definition of Problem on the left side of Main problem.
You can add Day-Token which should be placed on on top of Definition of Problem under Date-Token.
Other-Tokens can provide additional information for the event such as:
– Tools (e.g. „Stickies and Pencils”)
– Requirements (e.g. „Miro account required”)
– Number of people (e.g. minimum/maximum amount of people)
– Aftermath (e.g. further Action Points)
– Other Notes (e.g. „Bring water as you’re going to talk… a lot :D”)
Place Other-Tokens on the bottom part of Process Block on the right side of Role-Card.
Notation
Infrastructures are expressed in a form of a Addons all over the Event Framework (click to enlarge).
