Structure Activity
The basic foundation of each Event Structure is a Structure Activity.
Structure Activity is a method in which each Process Block is conducted.
Structure Activities are visually expressed as Icons:
Basic Structure Activity for each club (e.g. playing chess for chess club) is called Club Activity and should be represented as each organisation’s or club’s logotype.
Managing Structure Activities
Activerto indicates such Scructure Activities like:
Nevertheless, Activerto does not limit Structure Activities to the ones mentioned in this guideline.
Activerto rather encourages each organisation to build its own Activity Wallet to indicate Structure Activities that work best for the organisation.
Structure Activities other than those included in this guideline should be defined, created and battle-tested by each organisation individually so that they respond to its needs best.
Each Icon should be easy to draw (handwritten).
Structure Styles
Apart from icon, Event Structure consists of specific color.
Every colour of each structure indicates the way in which this structure is conducted.
Such approach is rooted in Kolb’s experiential learning theory (ELT) and this is the reason why it is highly recommended to use Structure Styles in mentioned number and order in Core Value:
– Practice
– Reflection
– Theory
– Implementation
Techniques
Various techniques can be used to accomplish expected results.
Activerto does not impose any of thoe techniques.
Event Team is fully responsible for choosing their own techniques adequately to Event Project’s requirements.
Techniques may or may not to be added into Event Framework.
If added, their place is on the bottom of a Block / Aggregate on the right side of Role-Card.
